VILLA FLOREAL
Reviving an historical building built in the early 1900s, restoring its ancient splendor while respectfully preserving and renovating the characteristics of Italian Art Nouveau. The project aimed to create luxury apartments for short-term rentals, characterizing the spaces with quality materials and cutting-edge technologies, in addition to the upcoming creation of shared spaces available to guests.
